King County's largest nonprofit provider of comprehensive senior services, meals, transportation, health & wellness, and information & assistance for older adults and adults with disabilities.

King County nonprofit providing senior assistance services for older adults, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers across the Greater Seattle area. The site organizes programming into four pillars. Food Security includes Meals on Wheels and Community Dining. Transportation includes the Hyde Shuttle, Volunteer Transportation, and neighborhood vans. Health and Wellness includes EnhanceFitness, EnhanceWellness, A Matter of Balance, and PEARLS. Assistance Services include Pathways Information and Assistance, Minor Home Repair, Senior Rights legal help, Caregiver Support, the Geriatric Regional Assessment Team, and the Elder Education Institute. Sound Generations also operates and partners with senior centers throughout King County, Washington.

Cost. Many services are free; donations welcomed. Some referred community resources have eligibility criteria and costs.
