Vashon Senior Center with hot lunches three days a week, 20+ classes, in-home social work, and the Senior Center Village rides and chore program.
Vashon Senior Center serves Vashon-Maury Island in King County, Washington with hot meals and salads on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at noon, plus lunch delivery to homebound seniors. Weekly programs include Zumba, Tai Chi, bridge, Mah Jongg, meditation, and Music Mends Minds, with more than 20 classes offered. Supportive services for adults 55 and older include the Senior Center Village program of community rides and chore help, in-home and on-site social work, and the Care-A-Van transportation service.
