Rural Resources Community Action is the Community Action Agency for much of eastern and rural Washington, headquartered in Colville. Its Senior and Independent Living Services department serves adults 60 and older and adults with disabilities with information and assistance, options counseling, family and kinship caregiver support, SHIBA Medicare counseling, senior legal aid, senior nutrition, Tailored Supports for Older Adults, and Volunteer Rides transportation. The agency also runs weatherization, energy assistance, housing, food, and Head Start programs across 16 counties in Washington.
