Culturally specific continuum of care for Asian elders in King County. In-home care, assisted living, adult family home, short-term rehab/skilled nursing, and wellness classes with multilingual staff (Cantonese, Mandarin, Toishanese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean).

Nonprofit providing a continuum of aging services for Asian elders and their families in the Seattle and King County area. Programs span Help at Home (in-home care, family caregiver support), short-term rehab and home recovery, residential options including assisted living and an adult family home (Ark & Winnie Chin Legacy Home), a skilled nursing rehab and care center, and wellness classes through the Healthy Living Program. Care navigators connect families to culturally and linguistically matched services in Cantonese, Mandarin, Toishanese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Korean. Based in Washington with facilities in King County.

Cost. Private pay and state-funded options (COPES Personal Care, Medicaid Personal Care/MPC, In-Home Respite) accepted for Home Care.
