Its Senior Hub serves Latino and Spanish-speaking adults 55 and older with daily congregate lunch, a weekly grocery bag from the food bank, the evidence-based Tomando Control de su Salud chronic disease self-management workshop, EnhanceFitness three times a week, and bilingual social and educational activities including bingo, Loteria, karaoke, guest speakers, and financial presentations. Walk-ins are welcome with valid ID. Based in King County, Washington.
