Plymouth Housing is one of the largest providers of permanent supportive housing in King County, currently housing more than 2,200 adults across 18+ buildings. Plymouth uses a Housing First model, providing apartments without preconditions and connecting residents to supportive services (case management, primary care, mental health, substance use support). Just under 1 in 7 residents is a U.S. military veteran. While not formally restricted to seniors, a substantial portion of residents are older adults aging out of homelessness.
