Full Life Care is a Seattle-based nonprofit that helps adults of all ages with chronic illnesses and physical or developmental disabilities across King County and the broader Puget Sound region. It runs three Adult Day Health centers and specialty programs including Memory Care and Wellness, Heads Up for acquired brain injury, Get Active for intellectual and developmental disabilities, and a Multiple Sclerosis Achievement Center. The organization also operates in-home support, ElderFriends volunteer companionship, Care Teams caregiver respite, Health Home services, Housing Stabilization and Supports, and the Northwest Hoarding Coalition. Serves about 3,000 individuals annually from offices in Washington.
Cost. Funding sources include Administration for Community Living grant, DDA Group, Medicaid COPES, Memory Care and Wellness Services (MCWS) in King County, Respite Services of King and Snohomish County, Senior Citizens Services Act (SCSA) and Dementia Day Services, and VA. Private pay also accepted.
