Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation provides neurorehabilitation for adults and children recovering from brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, amputation or limb loss, post-concussion, and other neurological conditions. The interdisciplinary team includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy, neuropsychology, counseling, music and recreational therapy, dietary services, social work, and vocational rehabilitation. Care is delivered in day treatment programs, the patient's home and community, outpatient clinics, and residential settings. The Portland office is licensed by Washington State Department of Health as in-home services agency #70058809.
