The Puyallup Tribe Elders Wellness Center serves enrolled tribal members ages 55 and older with personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication assistance, welfare checks, transportation, lawn care, and trash pickup. The center also operates an on-site elder residence and assisted living facility and administers the Elders Annual Supplemental Allocation. Funded under Tribal Title VI and located at 3010 Duct Cho Road in Tacoma, Washington.
