ICHS PACE at the Ron Chew Healthy Aging and Wellness Center in Seattle's north Beacon Hill neighborhood provides the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, a community-based model combining medical care, social services, personal care, occupational and physical therapy, behavioral health, nutrition and meal programs, and transportation.
