Concerned Citizens is a 501(c) nonprofit social services agency based in Forks with offices in Port Angeles and Port Hadlock, serving residents of Clallam and Jefferson counties. The agency runs 18 programs including homecare and respite services, employment support, school-to-work, budget management and housing retention, childcare, and the Family First Center. Services are open to people of all ages with added focus on individuals with developmental disabilities. Licensed by the Washington State Department of Health for in-home services, license #00000264.
