The Cost of Care Survey is an annual private survey run by Genworth and CareScout, a Genworth subsidiary. The 2025 edition contacted long-term care providers nationwide and reported median prices by state and by metro area. Washington's 2025 medians are higher than the national medians in every category reported. Financial planners, insurers, and policymakers use it. It is reference data, not a service you apply to.
