WA DSHS Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (Residential Care Services)
DSHS and the Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) jointly maintain the Adult Family Home Building Inspection Checklist used by local building officials to inspect AFHs for licensure and recertification.
