Enhanced Adult Residential Care is one of three Medicaid-contracted service-package levels offered in Washington State Assisted Living Facilities that contract with DSHS to serve Medicaid clients. The service-package framework defines the level of care a facility is contracted to deliver to its Medicaid residents.
