WA Senior Support is a free, independent guide to senior services in Washington. We try to collect as little about you as we can. This page explains what we collect and the choices you have.

What we collect

Site analytics. We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to see how the site is used, such as which pages people visit and whether a guide was marked helpful. This helps us make the site better. These tools may set cookies and record general details like your approximate location and device type.

Feedback you send. If you use the "Was this helpful?" buttons or send a note, we keep your rating and message so we can improve that page. You do not have to give your name or any contact information.

Quiz answers. If you use a quiz, your answers are used to show you results. We do not attach your name to them.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We take no referral fees from any provider listed, and no one will cold-call you because of this site.

Health information

Some parts of this site relate to health services. We do not sell health-related information, and we do not hand it to advertisers for their own use. If you want to see what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, contact us below and we will respond within 45 days.
