ORCA LIFT is for ages 19 to 64 only. If you are 65 or older you cannot get it, and the Regional Reduced Fare Permit is the program for you instead.

Documents to gather

  • Proof of age, showing you are between 19 and 64
  • Government-issued photo ID, or documents showing your name and birthdate
  • Your ProviderOne card, EBT card, or WIC proof
  • Proof of income (pay stubs, tax returns, benefit award statements)

Do not type Social Security, bank, or Medicare numbers here. This checklist is only a reminder of what to gather for the agency.
